Jean M. Hanna, 63, of New Providence

Jean M. Hanna, 63, of 2015 Beaver Valley Pike, New Providence, died unexpectedly of natural causes Tuesday at Lancaster General Hospital.

A homemaker, Mrs. Hanna enjoyed country music, her cat and houseplants.

Born in Colerain Township, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Dora Waltman Hanna.

Her husband, Albert C. Hanna, died in 1992.

Surviving are a son, Albert of New Providence; a daughter, Debbie, married to Barry Frey Sr. of Willow Street; a stepson, Kenneth Hanna, address unknown; a stepdaughter, Freda, married to Larry Hodgdens of Peach Bottom; two brothers, Saylor Weaver of Lititz and Charles Weaver of Quarryville; and three sisters, Frances, married to Charles McGhee, and Dolly Ann Weaver, both of Quarryville, and Nellie Geib of Jonestown.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Andy and Robert Weaver; and two sisters, Betty O'Donnell and Helen Hanna.

Jean married Albert C. Hanna. (Albert C. Hanna died in 1992.)
