  General Notes:

I have made the assumption that Edward's Son is this David based on:

1) Edward's Will lists two grand children Elisabeth and Edward, both of whom are names of David's older children, althought why he would not bequeath anything to the oldest son, I don't know, althought the second son is named after him and the older son may have died or no longer been living at home.

2) Both Hilton's were located in Warwick Twp.

Hilton of Warwick Township and County of Lancaster and Province of Pennsylvania Yeoman for and in Consideration of One hundred an thirty Pounds payd to me in Hand and secured to be payd by the Hand of Christian Lambagh of the same Place do hereby sell and make over unto said Christian Lambagh a certain Tract or Piece of Land or Improvement situate and leying in the Township of Warwick an County and Provance aforesaid adjoining John Longenacer + Christian Fredreick and I do by these Presents release relinquish and forever quit Claim Rights + Title to said Lands and Profess unto Christian Lambagh Together with all Rights and Propertys thereunto belonging with all Buildings Houses Barns Stables and Out houses Orchards Fenses Swamps Medews Waters and Water Corses Woods and underwoods It being surveyed to Andrew Eip on Warrant bearing Date January the 7, 1749. I do hereby transfer said Lands + Premises unto the said Christian Lambagh and to his Heirs and assigns forever. To have and to hold and to his or thier proper use. I do warrt nd defend said Premises from all Persons whatsoever laying Rights or Title thereunto the Honorable Propetors only exepted. and say that he was present and saw and heard David Hilton the Grantor therein named sigh seal and deliver the same to and for the uses and Purporses therein mentioned and that the Name Peter Huber subscribed thereunto as a Witness is the proper Hand Writing of him the said Pete Huber and further saith not.
